Renee's 2yr molars had recently come in....or at least I noticed they had.....so, we'd been talking about them.

Mommy: Maggie got a tooth!

Renee: She's a big girl....but I want her to have 2 molars.

Mommy: When she's a big girl like you she'll have 2yr molars.
